  1. Choose one or the other of the “Church Leadership Contact Lists.” The computerized form must be completed on your computer and should not be printed out (unless you want the completed form for your records. Send the completed form as an email attachment to umc@mqtdistrict.com. You must have MS Excel or QuatroPro to open this type of document.
  2. Choose one or the other of the “Church Leadership Contact Lists.” The manual document must be printed out and completed as a hard copy. Open this type of file with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Set your printer to “Landscape.” If you would like a copy of a form to fill out on your computer and then print out, contact Pam at the district office.
  3. Choose one or the other of the “Pastoral Compensation Recommendations.” The computerized form must be completed on your computer and should not be printed out (unless you want the completed form for your records. Send the completed form as an email attachment to umc@mqtdistrict.com. You must have MS Excel or Quatro Pro to open this type of document.
  4. Choose one or the other of the “Pastoral Compensation Recommendations.”The manual document may be filled out on the computer or printed out and done by hand. It will not calculate for you. Open this type of file with MS Word or WordPerfect.

All files should open with MS Word [except “Pastoral Compensation Recommendation (computer)” and “Church Leadership Contact List (computer)” for which you will need MS Excel, and the “Church Leadership Contact List (manual)” and the “Ministry Spotlight 2010 Pledge” for which you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader]. If you have MS Word and cannot open a document you may be using an older version of MS Word. Contact the district office for help, 906-228-4644.

 

Here is a tip from Scott Lindenberg: If you "right click" over the file and choose "save target as" in the menu it's simpler than actually opening each file and saving it. Thanks Scott!
