Dear Colleagues:

It is that time of year to send out the schedule for our annual one-to-one meetings.   This is one of the “requirements” of a District Superintendent that I truly enjoy!

As I have in the past, I will drive to churches in various points of the district in order to cut down on the gas cost and amount of hours that most of you would spend on the road.  I again urge you to carpool to the meeting sites to cut down costs even more.  One or two pastors could be reading or napping in other rooms while Grant meets with the third pastor.

Please find your name on the list below.  If the time or day or place does not work for you, then it is up to you to switch with one of your colleagues, and then CALL OR EMAIL PAM QUAYLE at the District Office, 906-228-4644, to let us know of the change.  As usual, the Marquette “area” pastors will meet with me in my office.  Please notice that I have assigned a date and time for the Marquette area pastors.

To make things clear:  please complete your Pastor’s Personal Profile and then email, snail mail or fax it to me at least one week before our one-to-one meeting.  Some of you have failed to do this in other years, so please put four things in your calendar for the middle of August:  downloading the form; filling out the profile; sending the form to the District Office; writing in the date with Grant!
